I’m pretty sure that bottom one isn’t 12 weeks either, though. I’m pretty sure it’s a little more developed than that. Though, that top one is absurdly inaccurate. 

This photo is a fetus at Carnegie Stage 23, which is about 8 weeks, which is blatantly more developed than the photo listed above as the “real” 12 week photo:

I’m not trying to argue for or against either side because I personally don’t feel as though arguing for or against this on the internet is going to get anybody anywhere. I’m just saying. The more you know.
